This one day retreat is an opportunity to explore the potential to 'release', supported by a peaceful setting, away from the distractions of urban life.
The practice includes forward bends as a main focus to soothe and calm the nervous system. Slow-paced yin, meditations, zen walking outside and delicious homemade food all contribute to your sense of wellbeing.
This retreat is open to men and women with a minimum of 1 years practice.
